The traditional Hatha Yoga practice combining mantra,Shat Karma,ásana, yoganidrá,pránáyáma and samyama.

Carla Bacelar, Yoga teacher since 2004,started her Yoga  Journey and practice on 2002. Certified by Yoga international University,copartnership with Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa.
In 2018 started new training in Hatha Yoga, this time based on the Iyengar method.
